I figured out how to get in. Screw was stripped....

I figured out how to get in. Screw was stripped. The squirrel cage had slit forward about 1/4 inch and was rubbing on the plastic shroud. Must not have been torques down well enough. Sounds good...

I am now having this problem but when I try to open the cover to the AC on top, the screws just spin. Am I missing something here on how to open it?
