Depends

It depends on how deep they were discharged (lowest voltage) maybe for how long they were "dead", temperatures may have had some impact, manufacturer, battery chemistry (type of lithium)......you get...

I don’t know what.
I guess you could manually disconnect them by unhooking a battery cable.
