There only 13" from the floor to the bottom of the 1x2 that holds the table. I did not resize you needed clearance from the floor. Now maybe a search for a unit thats wider and not as tall.

If that a zero clearance unit it may fit under the Dinette. This is another location I been looking at. I have 4 3/8" depth between the black tank and dinette..so it would mount on driver side...

Thank you this is very helpful. I like this install over a portable unit as its out of the way and I would not have to worry about dog tipping it over.

very nice install. What is the model number of the Broan heater you used. The units I have found you need 240 volts to use the 1500 watt option,But would run on 120 volt at 750 watts.
