Am excited for the "New Escape LLC" and see the new interior changes as a first step to the future. How about some Guerilla Marketing with a presence at Quartzsite next year....

With the possibility that Escape might have a US presence, maybe there could be an Escape rally down here. It sure wouldn't hurt for drumming up sales from potential customers in the US and would great for the Escape customers south of the Mason Dixon line.

South Some of us are still north but a long way from Chilliwack. I would settle for just East?

If you want interaction with about 30 Escape onwners at once the Mississippi River Rendezvous at Thompson Illinois the last weekend in September is for you. The Wine Escape at Niagara Falls Is about a Two day pull for you in Mid September. About 15+ Escapes there each year. Great scenery, great food and Canadian wine, spirits and beer.
Anybody who organizes, publicizes, puts energy into, and is sincerely interested in having fun doesn’t seem to have any problem attracting Escapes, Casitas, Scamps and a myriad of
Egg classics. Here’s a slogan to get you started “ Its better with Cheddar”!

Have you seen the pictures from those rallies? Looks like a lot of undesirables!!!
We did stop by the Mississippi rally in 2016 to get a close up look at a few Escapes, including CPAHarley's 19 fresh from the factory. It only took us two more years to actually commit!
I'm hoping to attend the seminar on how to repack wheel bearings "Iowa Style" in 2020.

You’re right, they are undesirables. Since I took the pictures, I’m not in them and by reason am not an undesirable. The lug nut contest has been, my baby. I work so hard at it I’m pretty exhausted by the time it’s over. I can barely fold up my chair and drive the Highlander 50 feet over to my site.

Dave! Are you taking your manometer to Osoyoos next May? I would like to check my connections!

Hey Fred,
When we left Niagara Falls I put the kit in my bug out bag in the back seat on the floor. It’s still there cause I saw it when I was getting some emergency hot chocolate powder the other day. Seems to like it in the famous black bag so see me in 2019 and we will check your regulator. As I remember it’s a 4 person job. But then again I was a city supervisor for 32 years.

I will likely have mine, Fred. I assume this means you and Dora will bless us with your presence again this year?

There tends to be quite the selection of assorted 'nuts' at the rally. That's one thing that makes it great fun.

Iowa Dave,
Sounds like you need to have a sign up sheet for the schedule. What is it now, 5 people that want to check their manometer?
We'll be happy to give a talk on sugar ant control in FL and the unusual fix that was recommended.
Any poutine available near Osoyoos?

Any restaurant in town should have it and the gas station at the park entrance had it 2 years ago.

Rally time
I don’t know much about where to get good poutine but I do know that thursday rib special at the restaurant not far from the campground was pretty tasty. You have to watch out for guys who seem friendly enough then slide into the seat next to your wife. Jim Norman will know the name of the place, I rely on dead reckoning to find things. I’m often lost or late. The regulator check only takes a few minutes, there will be plenty of time.
