Is it too early to ask what the result was?

Went down the old rabbit hole wondering whatever happened to Ladybug, an Escape 13, stumbled upon this old thread, and curiosity got the better of me. What happened here?
Is it too early to ask what the result was?

Lady Bug was owned by Brian and Marie Vansnell of Vancouver, BC. Brian was a terrific photographer. Unfortunately Brian died of cancer some years back and Marie sold the trailer. Who bought it and where it ended up.... ?

I'm sorry to hear about Brian. I met them at Fort Casey early in my Escape career and fell in love with Ladybug. Thank you for an update.
But what happened with the pictures of the different Escapes? I never did see a finished product.

You mean the ones I asked for and what I was going to do with them? IF so, that project died when the body style changed from the curvy classic to the slab sided. Instead of working with six different models, I was needing to work with 11 (now) different models. All the classics, plus the second generation and now adding the 23 footer. Since it was a project I was going to do for fun, I bagged it. Maybe not forever, but at least for a while.

I think it would make a fine calendar to have photos of each of the classics “in the wild” either as a collage as a single page and tear off months below or 12 or 13 pages like the popular car, tractor, motorcycle calendars. The information inset could identify the owner, number produced and base cost. A couple different angles and a couple “older” rally shots would be good too.

Sounds like you just stepped up to the plate and volunteered.

I have put it on my list of things to do. It’s right after walking the entire Appalachian trail but before learning to play boogie woogie piano. I took dying off the list. I’m pretty busy.

Hey Dave, I could send you my tee shirt that states “I hiked the entire Appalachian Trail.” But in very tiny letters “width of” is a separate line between the words entire and Appalachian. Would that provide motivation? Can’t help you with the piano, however!

Thanks for the offer Carl. I have taken a couple short strolls on the trail. We like the areas it runs through. When I worked in Idaho in 1969 we did a lot of hiking in the Bitterroot’s. Later my boss transferred to California and was a design and logistics guy for the Pacific Crest Trail. Trails have been pretty popular as a recreational opportunity for quite a few years now.
Watching robins build nests on our house and waiting for the next round of severe rather but first a little trout fishing this afternoon.
Have a great week
