Nothing to do with travel trailers, there, though.
There's a BUNCH on the WWW. I'm on Facebook a LOT and some of the sites are highly political and I get to VENT and then I come back here and read and hope someone is posting a camping pic and talking about how cool their trailer is. Don't need anything else here at the EscapeForum....

I’m thinking you’d be best to start your own site… all opinions must be be the same as yours, I wouldn’t censor anything on here, including yours. Safe to say everyone is over 18 and the days of walking down a dirt road smoking a corncob pipe are definitely over.

Perhaps. But you do know someone is paying for your ability to play here right? Server space, software, programming. And all free to you. All that's asked is you be kind and play by the Community Rules. Sorta like what we all learned years ago.... there's no such thing as a free lunch.

I see Gene Layton has a fund raiser going on over at the CasitaForum. He's pretty easy going, but knows it costs money so people can post their opinions on his site....

I don't want to hear, know or read what YOU believe about national or world conditions and your opinions are....here. Go somewhere else, please.

Let's be nice about this. Kinda think this could apply to anyone.

Now... back to Escape Trailers, camping and the focus of this thread.. what are YOU paying for a gallon of fuel in your area?

Who cares?
I'd have to burn gas to get there, making it irrelevant.

But Glenn, that's kinda the focus of this thread. Hardly irrelevant.

OK, not irrelevant, but pointless, especially if one cannot discuss the causes or solutions.

I thought we were posting how much we were paying at the pump.

Not about an opinion how we got there.... everyone has an opinion, kinda like a belly button....

Well, we can talk about our belly buttons. Mine's an innie.
Information that's just as useful as saying I paid $2.09 CAD a litre for regular three days ago at a gas station in North Vancouver.

Exactly, and then why allow the thread in the first place. It all starts with the choice of topic.

Yeah, however don't you get some of the best healthcare on the planet, or is that "Not exactly correct Mr. President"?

I'm not certain how to answer this... except three people can read a statement. Seriously. Just think about it. In each mind's eye the reader comes to a different conclusion based on a personal bias. And there maybe hundred's reading the statement and each coming to a different conclusion. How insanely cool is that? But we still try to be kind and inclusive....

Don’t try to overthink it, it’s very simple, this topic is only going to end one way, so keep things to campers if that’s truly your goal.
As far as some claiming kind and inclusive, it reminds me of the gay hating preachers who end up toe tapping…

Drove down to the Pismo Beach area yesterday (am in my cosy Escape at the Oceano Elk's Lodge RV park)... Saw a bunch of > $6.50/g diesel along US101.

My good friend is leaving St. Louis this morning to drive to Dallas for a family event in their Honda CRV. He figures he will be stopping in Joplin, MO to refuel. He said gas appears to be $4.15/gal in Joplin.

We have a member who is currently on an Escape journey in SW Missouri. Let's hope for the best prices on their adventure.

Hey Donna,
The smell of creosote after a rain in the desert is FAB! Living in the desert, water from the sky is like that holiday on December 25th each year. We can't get enough of it.

Let's get out and go someplace!
