If I won the lottery, here is my choice....
On the Road Edition - Bowlus Road Chief - Bowlus Road Chief 855-4-BOWLUS (855-426-9587)
Two models from $120K to $220K, can fit inside a 8' garage door, which one would want with one of these, and has Donna's arm chairs, plus can operate a/c off lithium batteries. Beautiful trailer.....

Traileraria
I was studying a medical journal this morning and by chance happened across Jim's latest post a few minutes later. Seems there is a little known affliction in the malaria family called Traileraria. It lives in the mind of trailer owners and flares up when the owner happens to notice that their propane tanks are getting low and the little rubber tips (political correctness here) have worn off the tires. The owner starts feeling the urge for a new trailer and works himself into a lather shopping for the next perfect thing. Like the rare disease twerpies in canaries, for which there is no known tweetment,, Trailerara cannot be cured but only satiated by the purchase of a new trailer. It returns in varying lengths of time. The medical journal noted another related disease that is less expensive to treat It is called Two foot itis or a more rare clone four foot itis. Be on the lookout for fellow trailer owners and be ready to step up and establish a support group in your area.

Hi: Iowa Dave... Just think how much "Support" you could buy for $120K. Why you could get 2 Olivier's for that much!!! Alf

The style is not my cup of tea, but it's definitely well made.

Very stylish.
Having the door at the front (I think...) is interesting- especially for keeping out water. But then it's always sunny and dry for the glamour shots.

looks like someone flipped a boat upside down and added wheels...perhaps a boat builder who went bankrupt and decided to make trailers instead...
the good news is there seems to be lots of different designs to accommodate everyone and the mfg have not given up on trying to make a decent trailer..perhaps someday.

Their manufacturing facility was just set up in Oxnard, CA. We in the Fire Dept. had a meeting with them, where they showed us their product; it is indeed beautiful.
Had just ordered our Escape, and went gaga over this amazing trailer. Until........
we found that, with just a few of the must-haves, it would be $160,000.
We like our Escape just fine!!!
(Plus, you'd have to get a tow vehicle to match.)

I thought the exact same thing. The detailing from the rear looks like my old aluminum Sea Nymph runabout turned upside down.

Looks similar to an old Avion. We've encountered too much hail over the course of years, that I'd never want this type of skin.

often wondered about the aluminum skins versus fiberglass and other somewhat flexible materials used on the trailer roofs..guess it depends on how one feels about dents versus cracks from impacts....once the hail gets about pingpong ball or baseball size, don't imagine any material short of titanium is very good though.....short of tornadoes, hail is about the only other thing that makes this camper perk up during the weather report....in the old days when driving an older vehicle with more steel, one could sleep thru the weather report.

"Of those 80 original Bowlii, 40 still exist and 12 are roadworthy. The last unrestored original Bowlus Road Chief reportedly sold at auction in 2011 for $187,000.

We got caught in a bad hailstorm in Kansas a couple of years ago. We were driving our Honda Element, which has a mix of plastic and steel body panels. Each of the steel body panels had hundreds of dents, while the plastic panels were all fine....
We had over $4000 in hail damage to the car.

I understand that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Given that, I'll be less diplomatic than Robert and say that I find this thing to be damn ugly.
