The storage box is our most used and favorite feature on the trailer. We would not be without it. They're made by Escape so you can take the trailer to them to have a box installed. I'm not aware of anyone having one shipped to them (the shipping charge because of dimensional weight would be quite high) but you can always ask.
As for "Carmicahel", if you mean Carmichael Saskatechewan, you're some distance, but it might be worth the trip. Escape can also check out and repair other minor problems while you're there, and you get to see beautiful BC.

Might call Escape first and see if the current production box will fit your trailer without modifications. The tanks might have to be relocated a bit forward. The should be able to tell you if you give them your VIN.
I absolutely love our "junk box" - all the bulky wet messy stuff goes into it (it has drain holes in the bottom.)We also store our power cord in it.

I hemmed and hawed about the storage box, and the price. I've had my 17A a month and I am sure glad I listened to the chorus of folks who love it. I have electrical cord, hoses, patio mat and beach mat, solar shower, tablecloth, chocks and levelers. It also keeps my side hatches fairly clean b/c as Tractors1 said, messy stuff goes there. I'm trying to keep it pretty light, so chairs are in a side hatch.

indeed, my E21's utility box behind the propane carries my leveling blocks, wheel chocks, hammer, spikes, hoses (except stinky), power cords, crank for the levelers, and so forth.

Highly recommend a storage box of some sort.
The last I conversed with Reace about the factory box the shipping was prohibitive because of the size and crating required. Although he did it for one forum member many years ago he also declined sending it to my area (NJ) with a load of trailers. It is still worth a conversation.
As was already pointed out you may need other modifications on the tongue to accommodate the box.
It all worked out because my mini-split condenser resides where the box would mount and we did a Stowaway box on the rear.

How do I get hot water
I’ve filled the water reservoir, turned on the propane and connected the RV to power. What do I do next?

My trouble is I don’t have the booklet on the trailer. My daughter is a nursing home caregiver and got Covid so she moved into the trailer to quarantine. We don’t know if we’re suppose to flip a switch somewhere or what. Do you know? Thanks very much!

1st, find the back of the hot water heater (its under the bed on my 21) and make sure the bypass valves aren't in bypass mode. I'm trying to remember, but I think if the valve handless are aimed at each other, its in bypass, and if they are perpendicular the heater is in the water circuit.
after you confirm this, turn on the water pump (black switch at the water control panel that is above the fridge on my 21), then turn on the sink hot water faucet and run it til it spits air then stops spitting air and a bit more for good luck. close the sink hot water, and open teh bathroom sink, again, spits air, stops spitting air and a bit more.
if this is the first time, and the trailer had no propane for any length of time, I like to light the stove and run it a few minutes to purge any air in the propane lines.
NOW switch on the water heater, this is a backlit switch thats on a chrome plate, on my 21 its near the foot of the bed on the side of the little shelf thing there. this should light up red, and in a few seconds, you shoulr hear the hot water heater kick on with a click click purrrrrrrrr. when the light goes back out, the water is hot, verify by running the kitchen sink hot water til it comes out hot.
also, at any point, you can switch your fridge on 120VAC or Propane, or automatic (which will use 120VAC til you unplug the trailer, and then revert to propane til you plug the 120V back in). Avoid using the fridge on 12VDC (Battery) as its a real power drain.

Water pump switch (lit when on)
test switch (press to light level indicators, (no my black 'holding' tank is NOT full, that indicator gums up with usage)
water heater switch:
Fridge controls on MY fridge, I think they are using a differnet model now
set to Auto ("A"), and running on 120VAC (plug icon), and set to the coldest (all bars lit on the right).

There is a red plastic rocker arm switch for water heater. Which Escape do you have?

With a join date of Dec 2020 and two posts, I'm fairly sure the trailer is a 2017 Coachmen Clipper.
As very little is the same in this trailer compared to an Escape, the owner would be better served asking on the IRV2.com forum where there are several Coachmen owners.

Goodness, wish you all the best! I would have been a little lost at times without the manual. I still refer to it
Maybe the pdf copy of the manual will be helpful in the future:
