Electrical issue

Does anyone have an idea about this?

I have a 2022 21C... when the 110 supply power cord is plugged in and powered up, the digital volt reader inside the trailer says the power is coming through (reads 123 volts), but nothing with 110 V inside the trailer works.

I reset all the breakers and checked the GFI. It wasn't tripped.

The (whole house) inverter light comes on but doesn't power anything.

The smart cord adapter on the outside lights up and shows that everything is correct.

I appreciate any ideas or information. Thank you.

Maybe.............

A/C work? (as it is not dependent on the inverter / transfer switch)

Turn your inverter off, and see what happens. There is an automatic transfer switch behind your power center that feeds either shore power or inverter power to all receptacles.

If you have 123v showing on the EMS display, you have power making it to the trailer. Turn off the inverter and see if the AC flows directly. (it may take a few sec. / minute for the transfer switch to flip to direct A/C)

There are 2 ea. 15 amp breakers in a separate gray (?) breaker box from the main fuse box (under the dinette somewhere) that power all of the 120v receptacles (plugs), on shore power & inverter. Are these on?

The "Main" breaker (30 amp on top usually) in your power center feeds the whole trailer from the shore power . Try a reset of such if the above inverter off does not work.

FYI - you don't need the inverter powered up if you have 120v A/C shore power available.........

It's the adapter that plugs into the shore power cord that adapts from 20 to 30 amp. Has a smart LED grid display.

Bueno

If you have 123v at the EMS display - you are getting good shore power to the trailer............so........

Again, A/C work?

EMS output side could be no bueno......that would kill everything on the shorepower A/C side.

Power center A/C side could be SNAFU - usually breakers. (main 30 amp usually)

Transfer switch (for shore power / inverter) could be INOP that could kill everything on 120v - or just one side - shore power or inverter.

Any 120v receptacles work on the inverter? Batteries charged enough?

To clarify my question..........

By 'A/C" I mean air conditioner............not "AC" (alternating current)

A/C and refridge are not dependent on transfer switch (inverter/shore power) for 120v operation - A/C is the easiest to check.

If A/C works, shore power is flowing thru the EMS, then thru the shorepower side of the Power center.

If A/C works, and no other receptacles do, its either the transfer switch is INOP or the separate twin 15 amp fusebox circuit has an issue.

FYI - EMS and transfer switch both take a bit to flow power after being energized.
