If you have 123v at the EMS display - you are getting good shore power
to the trailer............so........
Again, A/C work?
EMS output side could be no bueno......that would kill everything on the shorepower A/C side.
Power center A/C side could be SNAFU - usually breakers. (main 30 amp usually)
Transfer switch (for shore power / inverter) could be INOP that could kill everything on 120v - or just one side - shore power or inverter.
Any 120v receptacles work on the inverter? Batteries charged enough?
