In today's market I'd sell "As Is" with an appropriately adjusted price.
Note (and explain to potential purchasers) that warranties on such appliances typically are to
the original purchaser only, so if you replace it would likely
not transfer to the new owner - IMO best for them to choose what they want and have it done themselves so they get that warranty; the 'net cost' for each party should be a 'wash'.
