Stovetop burners have come loose

Has anyone experienced the burner coming loose from their mounts in the cooktop? We have a three burner cooktop/oven combi. I don’t believe this is the same issue that the recalls addressed.

I have had 2 of 3 come loose thanks to washboard. My local Ace Hardware surprisingly enough had machine screws with the correct threads to replace the ones that vanished. The new ones used a hex wrench to tighten the heads - that and a bit of locktite and I suspect it will never happen again.

Had I done even the slightest bit of investigation I could have fixed this without asking for advice. A little embarrassed that I didn’t remove the stovetop, the screws were still sitting there ….thank you for your help!
