Don't think so. I have the ETI installed camera. I'm gonna go with speakers. I didn't order the radio stuff but as a previous post said, ETI runs the wire anyway.

I have the wires coiled in the exact place yours is. I don't think they are for a 12v outlet as I got all the 12v outlet package (6, I think) when I ordered. Be an odd place to put one up there.
