At the opposite end of the spectrum: a soft tostada: basically an avocado burrito with rice, beans, cheese, lettuce & tomato. Got my first one in 1972 at Bill's Paradise in Montebello, CA.

Not much- spent one night there after visiting vendors and eating crappy fair food and was outta there the next day. There are deserts and there are deserts. This one is sub par IMO; scrub stuff...
