Phone etrailer and ask if the item can be shipped from their Ontario facility. It will arrive by Canada Post without customs clearance charges etc.
I've bought several items by phone.

Is there any slack in the trailer 7-pin wiring? On mine, I have to take up slack by allowing some sag between the zip ties along the frame.
