True. You kind of have to have it purpose built, and modification is difficult. The RV garage we are building along with our new home will have 10 foot doors.

I agree. Counter space, counter space, counter space. Comes in REALLY handy. A queen bed is plenty for us, and the "crawlover" isn't really an issue.

Or a 23 (dreaming), for that matter. I'm not susceptible to 'two-foot-itis', but 'four-foot-itis' might be another matter.
