Dometic didn't ship replacement sail switch

Ordered a warranty replacement sail switch from Dometic CS on Monday. Today, Friday, I still have not received the part. So, I call Dometic thinking I would get a tracking number or something....

After reading about the troublesome furnaces in Escape trailers I am hoping that somehow, some way, our furnace has been properly checked-over during QC process and that it works properly on delivery...
