David and others, THANKS for the encouraging news. I just spent the week by my brothers bed during his cancer operation and recovery. I really needed a pick me up and you guys did it! When you are in the moment you think the worst and don't look to far down the road. Thank you, thank you!

I beat cancer when I was 44. I'll be 82 next month. I have other problems, but it doesn't look like any of them will do me in.

I've been following you from before the cancer diagnosis and this news is so wonderful. You have such a positive and direct attitude which I believe in any situation good or not so good helps you guide your way. I'm so looking forward to seeing your camping pictures for your fall trip especially hopefully a great rainbow.

David, We are so glad to hear this encouraging news about your health and continue to keep you in our prayers. Your advice and wisdom on this forum have helped us many times and we are grateful for your perspective and expertise. My husband beat colon cancer 26 years ago and every day is a gift. Enjoy your trip-so glad you can do it!
