Purchased as second owner from dealership, first owner purchased brand new and used only a couple of times. We have used it only a few times since purchase. Has always been stored inside when not in use.
All appliances/electrical etc. work like new.
There is visible wearing on the black undercoating - as seen in pictures.

I’ve never been in Cincinnati, Iowa though I’ve camped down that way several times. Looks like a great trailer to me. There aren’t many 5.0 TA ‘s or the earlier 5.0 single axles either in Iowa. I’ve only seen a couple
