The second photo shows that the mattress is hinged.

Oh, right! I was looking into the opening. So what's holding up the panel?

A plastic container that happened to be close by. Gonna put a lift arm on the hatch.

Not exactly today- I put the guard on the screen door on Wednesday. Shown with the culprit who went through the screen on the last trip.

And used the new stove for the first time today. (Wrong pan but all I had.. took awhile to heat up!)

Handsome culprit!

Stove looks nice, rugged. One burner, or two?

Well, home again, and this time it is "What did you do TO your Escape today?" Well, somewhere on the way home the 7-way came loose and dragged until two of the connectors were ruined. So I guess I'm replacing it! The only good thing was that I did not notice any lack of braking and really only had to make three turns.

Yikes. Glad you got safely home. Get out your electrical repair things, and hope the fix goes easily.

Hmmm kind of bizarre. I went to etrailer and had no more than typed etrailer into the address bar when it went to "Replacing a 7 way connector".

Sign of the times. Useful but scary to think that info collected in one place pops up in another way.

I also find it a little unnerving when not just the next word or phrase pops up but longer amounts completing a sentence that I hadn't even fully completed in my mind.

It wasn't said out loud and I only posted it here. So this forum has eyes and very quickly decides what to do with what it sees.

Aldous Huxley. The question for me is when will the “turnout” be? No nap again today. Buckling up some things for winter. And watching two grandkids.

Prepping for pickup

Getting ready to pick up my E 5.0 in Sumas on Nov 1, I installed a tonneau cover on my truck today. Will need the covered space in the truck bed to cart out stuff to put in the trailer. The bed rails will be installed (by a pro, not by me) on Tuesday. Almost ready to launch.

As a retired it professional, I know exactly how it’s done. Through the dynamic host servers, through google and others data harvesting. I prevent most of it my installing a dns filter device called pi-hole. It’s a little complicated but is very effective. It has some disadvantages as it will stop redirected search results that harvest your data. I installed min 0n a 35 dollar raspberry pi device. It blocks much of the nefarious big tech behavior.

I know that Facebook ads will reflect what you've been looking at online but I was surprised yesterday to see an ad for the very connectors my son-in-law lent me last week in KS to redo the wires on my propane detector. I have never looked at these online!

I've been getting facebook ads for fish tank stuff. I don't have fish or tanks, but my son, who uses the same router does...
