That's what I first thought; then...
Maybe it's snow-white solid snow w/a snow-white border, on our typical snow-white forum page.

We are at Watchman campground. Not too many people here. We hiked in the narrows today. It’s beautiful!

I'm particularly interested in water sites up and down the East Coast, and these look lovely!

I'm here at Dome Rock in Quartzsite, AZ, with what I suspect is Dome Rock on the right. This is the location for the February fiberglass rally. While no one is here in the general area, there are a bunch of fiberglass trailers (mostly Olivers) to the east of the normal set up area.

Well, if you thought they were a bit "strange", wonder what they thought of you! (Whatever it was, clearly, you were NOT a threat )
What distinguished and special visitors!

When you hear something on the roof you’ll know one
of those birds has bad eyesight and is incubating the egg of her life.

In case anyone doesn't recognize them and is curious, those are Sandhill Cranes.

The spring migration of the Sandhills peaks in central
Nebraska in the area around Kearny Nebraska in about
two months. I’ve seen them there as early as April first but a week or so later is usually better. It’s quite an annual event that draws a lot of folks. There is
Camping in the area at Fort Kearny State Recreation Area and some other parks like Windmill state park
adjacent to interstate 80.

As former Nebraskans we've been fortunate to witness the crane migration several times - it is truly spectacular. We spent one cold night in our tent at Kearney State Recreation area determined to wake up in time to see them leave the Plattr River at dawn. We woke to the sound of hundreds of cranes flying over us as they left their overnight roost.

That sound brings us out of the house to see them every spring and fall. They put on a good show, with thousands visible in the air at a time, at altitudes more commonly occupied by aircraft than birds. Occasionally we see them circling to climb or descent, but never find where they have landed; I've only seen them on the ground a couple at a time, in the Northwest Territories and in Texas.
